Port Clinton High School will celebrate Homecoming the week of September 16-21. Leadership Council has recently announced the schedule of events. The community is invited to help support our Redskin student athletes. Spirit Theme Days for the week are: Monday - PJ Day; Tuesday- Hipster Day; Wednesday: - Duck Dynasty/Camo Day; Thursday - 80's Day; Friday: Class Color War.
On Wednesday, Sept.18, the Homecoming Parade will start at 6:30 p.m. with various Redskin sport teams represented. Due to Sixth Street construction the parade route is as follows: Tenth, Madison, Alice, Harrison, Sixth and arrive at stadium. At True Lay Stadium there will be a Powder Puff football tournament between classes. There will also be a dunk tank for students to submerge their favorite school teacher or administrator.
On Friday, Sept. 20, kickoff of the Homecoming game vs. Oak Harbor is 7 p.m. The Homecoming Court will be announced and 2013 King & Queen crowned prior to the kickoff during pregame festivities. The Homecoming Dance for PCHS students will be on Saturday.
