Port Clinton Middle School will host its annual Band and Orchestra Recruitment Night on April 2. Parents and students entering grade 6 are invited to attend on Wednesday, 6:30-8 p.m., in the middle school commons area. Local venders will have instruments on display and information on purchasing or renting an instrument. Port Clinton City School District Music faculty will also be in attendance to answer questions or help with instrument selection. Incoming grade 6 students and their parents will be able to sign up for band/orchestra and reserve their instruments for the 2014-15 school year.
