Terra State Community College and the Ohio Institute for Real Estate Studies will be offering pre-licensure real estate courses on Terra's campus spring semester.
These courses are the four required courses to the real estate license exam and include: Principles and Practices of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Appraisal.
The Ohio Institute for Real Estate Studies is the oldest real estate pre-licensing school in Ohio. They have helped launch many successful careers as real estate sales agents, brokers, appraisers, trainers, managers and personal assistants.
Their team of certified instructors uses a variety of teaching methods to help students understand course content and the professional needs of the real estate industry, leading to outstanding success. Through the partnership with Terra State, they will offer these classes preparing students to begin their careers in the real estate industry. Students may enroll in classes for either credit or non-credit.
Real estate classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-9:30 p.m. beginning Jan. 7.
